  • Condition: Gloves are in very good pre-owned condition. There is a small wear mark (<1/8 inch) at the top of the middle finger, right glove. There are no rips, tears or fraying with all other seems/stitching being intact. The gloves are of a soft kid leather and have a nice silk lining. The silk lining shows a bit of snagging but nothing that detracts from the awesomeness of these gloves. The size stamp is very faint but appears to be 6 1/2.

    Description

    For Sale-A gorgeous pair of Vintage Neusteters evening gloves in black kid leather with 100% silk lining; appears to be a Sz. 6 1/2.
    Gloves are in very good condition for their age showing a small wear mark at the top of the middle finger, right glove.  There are two tags, one on each glove; "Neusteters made in France and 100% SILK Made in France".
    The size stamp is very faint on the inside of the gloves.  Measurement of circumference at base of fingers is 6 1/2 inches.  The gloves are approx. 15 inches long and approx. 5 inches at opening.  The Silk lining is light gray with a slight bit of snagging.
    Neusteters was an elegant department store serving Denver and Colorado for 70 years.  The last store in Denver closed its' doors in 1986.  Neusteters was known as "the fashion empire of the Rocky Mountains".  What a classic find!
